The local history is the reason for the name of our Apartments. Goddess Artemis was the daughter of Zeus and Lito. She was the twin sister of Apollo. She was the Goddess of hunting, protector of children and animals. She was considered queen of the mountains and forests. She was life-giver to all beings and took care of all living creatures on Earth, for everything that grew in forests and valleys.
Artemis blessed birth, marriage and family life. Her father, Zeus, admired her persistence and ingenuity. Artemis asked her father for a gift: eternal chastity. She was always accompanied by beautiful and lively fairies. Their laughter and singing were heard in the valleys and mountains.
